I couldn’t agree more. It’s not like I wish that my next president would be an older, white man. But I’ll be damned if Bernie’s record as an authentic feminist doesn’t align with mine, along with countless other values important to me, e.g. his steadfast record for social justice.

Ultimately, I’m not voting for him because he’s an older white dude — I’m voting for him because of everything he’s done — his actions and voting record for the past 30+ years speaks for itself.
